Jon Harbour currently serves as President of Harbour Commercial, LLC. He founded the firm in 2008 following a successful career as both a residential and commercial general contractor in the Denver metropolitan area. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado. He has also been awarded the CCIM designation. This prestigious designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. The curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis – the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Additionally, Jon is also proficient in ARGUS Enterprise. Argus Enterprise is the industry-leading commercial property valuation and asset management software that enables real estate companies to value and manage the performance of their real estate assets throughout the investment life cycle. Jon received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2001. He has also studied under the Cornell University executive program in commercial real estate.
