Jon Harbour currently serves as President of Harbour Commercial, LLC. He founded the firm in 2008 following a successful career as both a residential and commercial general contractor in the Denver metropolitan area. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado. He has also been awarded the CCIM designation. This prestigious designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Jon received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2001. He has also studied under the Cornell University executive program in commercial real estate.
